I recently ordered an iced coffee and I was extremely disappointed. The cup was filled almost entirely with ice, leaving barely any coffee to drink. When I brought this up with the manager, instead of acknowledging the issue, I was told that I should have been more specific with my instructions. As someone who regularly orders iced coffee, I know what the standard amount of ice should be and this was way too much. It felt more like I paid for a cup of ice with a splash of coffee.
