Manager or supervisor (tall man wearing blue shirt) has a god complex, super rude to his staff, demanding them to do stuff with such a rude tone while he just stands there on his phone.
This has to be the worst Tim Hortons in all of Ontario, perhaps the entire country? I got a latte with oat milk which tasted nothing like oat. I went back and asked if it was made wrong, they refused to admit that it was normal milk. I get the drink all the time so I’d know the difference. Today I got a sandwich with lettuce that made me throw it out. It’s unfortunate when you need to get something small to eat but the restaurant feels off.
The server Shirley is amazing
Reasonable speed and fresh, 1issue my donut chocolate stuck to the bag. Why not use a box or a square bag? Could've been a 4 stars
It took 30 minutes to make my order and potato wedges were told cold and a big line of customers and only 1 person was taking order.
