Hire more staff for morning
I am very disappointed with the customer service at this location. Every morning before work, I stop here and spend approximately $30 on breakfast. Unfortunately, one of the customer service employees is consistently rude and unprofessional. Whenever I politely ask for a napkin, she either throws it at me instead of handing it to me respectfully or refuses to provide one at all.
