Very disappointing customer service at this Tim Hortons. The white lady and the Indian lady working the night shift both had very poor customer service and way too much attitude when dealing with customers. Especially the brown girl. She is always frowning and zero respect for customers. This is the second time I ordered a medium double-double and they gave me a regular coffee instead. I am disappointed by the service I received at this location. I ordered an Iced Capp, and it was served extremely watery. When I brought this to the staff member's attention, she was dismissive and rude, claiming that is 'how it is supposed to come.' Rather than attempting to offer a remake or resolve the issue, she began yelling at me, claiming she has worked here for 24 years and that customers don't know what they are ordering. One of the worst Tim Hortons experience I have ever encountered. I ordered an Ice Capp and 10 Honey dip Timbits for the dog. First the drive thru took forever, not ideal but whatever. Following this, the women working the window fumbles all the money I hand her. She’s flustered, it’s okay I get out and pick it up for her. Following this all I leave, get home and after I open the dogs Timbits there’s one honey dip, they’ve given me a mixed box. Completely butchering half my order. Disappointed.
