Their drinks taste bizarre. I ordered iced vanilla matcha latte and it literally tasted like water. They are clearly not following the standards. I had the same drink at a different location and it tasted just like how matcha should taste like. The one I had tonight is not what it should be like. The fast service is not just what customers expect, they also want quality, which this location of tim hortons clearly lacks. Never having any drinks from this location
HORRIBLE PLACE HORRIBLE STAFF HORRIBLE WORKERS, THEY NEVER GET THE ORDER RIGHT, THEIR INABILITY TO FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS NEEDS TO BE STUDIED.
Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too, I live close so I go to this one often. No exaggeration, every time we order food, they get the order wrong. The group of people they have working there are also very rude, incompetent and unprofessional. Have yet to have a good experience at this location.
