Need more staff… it takes ages to take order and get our coffee here.
Weekend Workers dont clean the bathrooms or the dining area at all until they close. One weekend worker is really rude towards customers. They literally shut down women's bathroom after someone on drugs passed out instead of cleaning it. This never happens Monday-Friday when I'm here
Stopped for coffee and chocolate milk with some food
I was hesitant to write a review but I’m going to. This afternoon, approximately 4:45pm, I came through the drive thru for a single coffee. A large double double made with chocolate milk. When I received my coffee, the cup was cool to the touch. When I went to take a sip, I received a barely luke warm, old triple triple made with cream. I don’t know if the women at the drive thru thought I wouldn’t bring the coffee back but I did. I am concerned because this seems deliberate.
