The lady working the night shift was honestly terrible. She acted like she was doing unpaid community service or something. When she handed me my coffee, I said thank you and she didn’t even respond — just stared at me angrily. And that’s not even mentioning the coffee being cold.
If you're in a hurry they're okay but drinks are usually barely mixed and last week I ordered a medium frozen lemonade- they asked if I wanted original and i thought they meant yellow(original) or pink. I said original. They gave me a cloudy white drink with ice in it not the slush. I said "sorry no I meant frozen lemonade" they came back with a large white slush that had zero colour (grateful for a size upgrade, I just assumed maybe they don't use the syrup anymore and there's a new way to flavour it). Repeated Disappointment with Product Quality. In vanilla ice cap they had suggest added sugar, cream, ice and milk no Flavour and quality of product. It was unpleasant experience twice.
I has really bad experience with the staff Pallvai . She don't have no sense how to talk with customers . Last time me and my frnd went to take coffee she asked to add a cookie and she argued with us for 10 minutes and she don't how to treat their customers . Never going back to that tim until they keep the professional staff
This is the first and last Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to that you need to place your order at a self-order kiosk. Nobody will serve you otherwise despite having two cash registers they simply ignore you. Definitely understaffed. Appears some construction is also going on at this time and the place seems quite messy.
