What's supposed to be a fast-food is slowing turning into a snail speed service. 10 mins of wait for 3 drinks. Better to use drive through rather than walking inside. Avoiding this location is the best if possible
Horrible service. Went through drive thru this morning on my way to work. Lady cut me off, rushed to give me my food without a ford. Asked for the ford she seems extremely annoyed. On my way to work, I realized my coffee was wrong. I always order with 1 milk, but didn’t realize she gave me a regular. I always give people a chance, but I gave this time Hortons way to many times. Horrible service. Just horrible.
We just bought an everything bagel, croissant sandwich, timbits, scrambled eggs box, 2 steeped tea. First of all they didn’t even put a fork for the loaded box or napkins in the bag. Secondly the timbits are too old and hard to eat. The sandwich is thrown together and sloppy. Then we had to go in the storefront to order something new and the only good thing was Jamie was very nice. I understand it’s early morning and people are tired but the drive-thru workers have a very unwelcoming attitude
