The store was super clean and I had this lovely girl named Harpreet make my vanilla iced coffee and all I can say is. "that girl knows how to make an iced coffee" it was Soo good. Super friendly as well.

I specifically ordered my BELT without lettuce. When I handed it back addressing my issues I was given grief by DT attendant. She took my bagel to the prep person, where I have video of them just picking the lettuce off and returning it to me. This goes against what Tim Hortons trains their staff on. This is considered cross contamination. Filthy place. Staff need to learn proper customer service.
