This is my favourite Tim Hortons in the entire Waterloo region for so many reasons, but of course this morning… it’s a Tuesday like any other but to see the consistent patience for details, often overlooked or unappreciated made today extra to observe someone spoken to with the upmost professionalism with Canadian Tact to explain to another customer they had not even paid for their online order. 10/10 Try to be kind try to be patient, but also come to this place to see an example and don’t ruin it for the rest of us please
