Setting aside the issues that have already been mentioned regarding order accuracy, there is another problem that I find very concerning. I have reported this to Tim Hortons multiple times over the past two or three years through customer feedback, yet it has been consistently ignored. The customer display at the first payment window, where customers should be able to review their order and see the amount they are being charged, has never been available. I get a four cheese bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese every morning for work. i usually order extra cream cheese, as they never add remotely enough. even when i order extra, there isn’t (not to mention the extra cream cheese is a dollar). but this morning, i ordered the same thing, and in return, i got a plain toasted bagel with no spread at all. not sure why im paying so much for a plain dry bagel
