I visited Tim Hortons today and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived at the counter, the supervisor (Gurindeerpret) was busy chatting in her own language with another employee instead of attending to customers. I had to wait before my order was even taken, and after placing it, I was asked to wait while she continued talking instead of preparing my order right away. Just come here to get a coffee drive trough and I got almost cold coffee. Just a little warm. I went inside to ask for another coffee and I got the same. I asked them again can I get a hot coffee and I got third coffee which is just a little hotter and you can drink it like water. Very disappointed.
I visited Tim Hortons on March 23rd around 11:15 AM during a rush, and it was a very disappointing experience. The supervisor on duty behaved extremely unprofessionally. Instead of managing the rush properly, she was busy making lame jokes with almost every 3–4 customers, treating the workplace like a playground.
