Ordered our breakfast on the app for pickup & arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled time. Upon arrival was offered another person's order. Had to explain my order & was told they had to wait for hashbrowns. Waited an extra 10 minutes & found myself asking why did I order on the app hoping to eliminate valuable time to only have to wait longer?

Absolutely horrific Tim Hortons branch! Never got a correct order from them! Last example: Before hitting the road for a trip, my wife and I stopped for breakfast sandwiches through the drive-through, and I specifically asked for a sandwich with extra tomato. My wife wanted hers without tomato because she’s allergic to it, and they literally messed both up.
