Asked to fix our French Vanilla since it was too watery, but instead of remaking it properly, the staff just added extra sugar. That didn’t solve the issue and made it overly sweet. On top of that, one of the older staff members spoke quite rudely. Overall, disappointing service and not the experience I expected.
The best Tim Hortons ever! Coffee always fresh, food always fresh and available, and a kind and hardworking crew. I worked at a jobsite nearby and used to visit this store every day. What a kind crew!!
