My order has been wrong the last 4 times I’ve been there. How do you mistake a tea for coffee???? Do you have monkeys with pea brains working there?
Went threw the drive up in Lockport on Robinson again today and my order was wrong. This time I said no cheese and they gave me double cheese and no egg!
Everytime I go to Tim Norton's there's one employee who always messes my order up. When I ask her to re do it she rolls her eyes

Charged for a medium, not a small in a medium cup! Ridiculous
Ordered a Panini today, specifically asked for no onions. I bit into it and was so disgusted, ruined it and I ended up not eating it. Staff needs to pay more attention, somebody could be allergic or have a reaction because of staff not listening/caring about orders.
Good place. To have a coffee party and get away from b0zze.
