No AC in the summer and only half the lights on in the morning. I don't think the owner of this place could possibly get any cheaper. About all this place is good for is a coffee.
Ordered a Panini today, specifically asked for no onions. I bit into it and was so disgusted, ruined it and I ended up not eating it. Staff needs to pay more attention, somebody could be allergic or have a reaction because of staff not listening/caring about orders.
We preordered a very large order. When we picked it up they had stacked 10 boxes of donuts in each of the large boxes.! The bottom 2 donut boxes in each package were completely smashed. We called them as soon as we unpacked the boxes and found the smashed donuts. They would not answer their phones, I called 6 times. I did leave a message which was not returned. When I visited, I had the best donuts I’ve ever tasted. The sweetest hot chocolate. It was a magical experience, and I look forward to it again.
Good coffee good muffin. Bit pricey though. Cost more then Canada.
Please call the Health Department to report this location!! 734-727-7400. You will be in direct contact with someone from the department. This location is notorious for serving OLD, COLD and DISGUSTING food!!! This is not acceptable!!!! Manager, Alex, sees nothing wrong with it! Please report!!!!

Cashier was carrying on conversation with customer ahead of me well after the order was in. So I wait for the convo to end and then the cashier just stares blankly at me. No promt like hello or what would you like. So the order, after the order is rung up someone dressed as santa must have pulled through the drive through because the person making the hot chocolate just sets then down behind the counter so I cant see them.
