We had an accident out of state and State Farm handled everything from getting the car towed to a reputable dealer for the appropriate repairs to making all of the arrangements for a rental car. It was waiting for us when we arrived. We were very pleased with State Farms responsiveness and attention to details including their constant follow up to insure things were going well for us while we were waiting for our car to be repaired.
