Like many people in the Des Moines area, we experienced hail damage this Spring. When I filed a claim, an adjuster was out within a week, agreed we needed a full roof replacement, and the first partial check for the work was authorized within 48 hours. Amazingly fast, and unexpectedly good response (I expected resistance for a full roof replacement). Tim has been my agent for decades, and I appreciate everything he (and State Farm) has done for us over the years.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They also work very fast to get things done. Would highly recommend!
