Sarah in Tim Ford's office was able to help me make the switch for my home and auto effortless. Need better customer contact , after all the years being with Tim ford state farm, they didn't know my wife was a driver in my household?. Didn't have a contract number for me,really?I was given the cold shoulder when I stopped in to cancel my policy,didn't ask me why I guess they didn't even care to know.
So I was being stubborn on Wednesday & instead of taking the bus I decided to drive. Got my Equinox stuck at the the end of my drive & the rear was in the alley. Had to get towed out. As soon as I made it to work I called & asked if it was covered. E-mailed my receipt to Cathy & my check was in my mailbox today. Cathy was super nice about it too!
