I did not have a good experience with John and Tess. They handled the listing and sale of my home on Westhope Drive (noted below). They were not incompetent, just mediocre. After I signed the contract, I felt like I was treated as a transaction, nothing more. I found their attention to detail, proactive communication, and acting as my advocate to be solely lacking. Would not recommend them...you can do better.
Recommendedthey do their job and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer, when I was tring to sell my house the title came up with problems and Shannan helped me get it fixed with title company, without her help I wouldn't have known what to do...she went above and beyond. So if you are looking for Great realtors that really care Shannan Yarnick-Louder and Tim Louder are the people you want. I wouldn't go with anyone else.
