Tileworks Wonderful design staff helped me pick the perfect Granite for my new Kitchen countertops. This is the second time I have used Tileworks and they were Great! Highly Recommended
going the extra mile – I've had a granite sink cut-out in my garage for a few months then decided to have two small table tops made from it.I gathered several quote for the work ranging $50 to $100.With out even asking if they did the original work Tileworks was more then happy to do the work at a minimal price. Quality+ Your Source for Granite Countertops – If you are looking for quality customer service, a quality product, and professional installation, don't waste your time at other granite stores in Austin. Tileworks has a great selection and great employees. I love my granite countertops. Their staff was helpful and RESPONSIVE!!! I highly recommend them.
I love Tileworks! I have to disagree with the previous complaint by Janice. I am a designer, and have been going to Tileworks for years. The salesteam and management have excellent customer service and product knowledge. The salesteam ALWAYS goes above and beyond whether it be ordering a small sample or help designing a house. I highly recommend visiting the showroom. They have one of the nicest in Austin!
They have the hands-down best selection in Austin, and make huge efforts to get their granite installs done to the highest standard and in the shortest turn around possible. Their staff is professional and knowledgeable and always willing to help their clients. From design to material selection, you can count on Tileworks to be worth your time and money.
Great selection of tile! Kind of hard to get service from the staff unless you are dressed very clean cut.
