I love Tileworks! I have to disagree with the previous complaint by Janice. I am a designer, and have been going to Tileworks for years. The salesteam and management have excellent customer service and product knowledge. The salesteam ALWAYS goes above and beyond whether it be ordering a small sample or help designing a house. I highly recommend visiting the showroom. They have one of the nicest in Austin!
Use these people at your own risk!!! Over Priced I had a hot water heater replaced and they charged me over $2000 for the new heater. They gave me a cheap water heater probably cost $250 to $300 for the heater. They had to put in a tub that catches the water if the heater leaks and charged me all most $400 for that. They did nice work but way over priced. I could of had the same thing done from Lowes with a high hot water heater for half the price. Buyer beware.
Our builder recommended Tileworks for our new home. We had planned to check out a few other stores but liked everyone at Tileworks instantly and the showroom was fabulous! It had just been remodeled; it was huge and displayed all the latest styles and patterns. There were several work tables so we could layout our plans and work on selections. The Sales/Design staff was so friendly and knowledgeable my husband was even impressed. They spent hours working with us on tile designs for our master, kitchen, pool and main floors. ... read more

Tileworks was wonderful! – Tileworks was a wonderful tile store to work with. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and also made helpful design suggestions to aid me in my search for the perfect kitchen backsplash. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service, high-end tile and affordable prices!
Great Quality/Selections – We looked at several tile places in Austin and San Antonio before finding Tileworks. Not only did they have many beautiful selections, they had a helpful designer that helped us mix and match all the tile we used in our bathrooms. They had to special order one selection and it arrived within the week. The prices were very reasonable as well. Our bathrooms look fantastic!! Would recommend TILEWORKS to anyone looking for quality tile and good prices.
Best customer service, good prices, beautiful products – Tileworks of Tx on Metric at Rutland has beautiful products & excellent customer service. The price range is pretty good, not cheap, but beautiful products. I found a remnant of Caledonia granite in their slab yard for a bathroom vanity, had been looking for a year for a small piece, they installed it & I wanted it set back further after they completed the work & they returned free of charge & adjusted it.
