I ordered tile for a project and Wendy was very helpful, she took photo's of the tile since it was natural stone so that I could see the variation in the stone. She assisted me in selecting the proper sealers and cleaner recommended the proper grout to use. She was able to answer all of my questions regarding the stone and products etc. I was very pleased with the level of service I received and I had very few broken tiles. Beware when ordering online from this company. Know exactly how many square feet come in a carton of the tile you're ordering and order an exact multiple of that. I purchased a wood plank porcelain tile online. My installer told me to order 130 sq. ft. I ordered and was charged for 130 sq. ft. However, the tile I ordered came 10.6 sq. ft. per carton. The company sent me 12 cartons for a total of 127.2 sq. ft. I have requested a refund for the difference between what I was charged and what I was shipped and received no reply.
