We applied for the apartment and received approval just a few days before our planned move-in date. During the process, we tried contacting the office multiple times but were never able to reach anyone. While the front desk staff was very helpful during our visit, we felt that the management was poorly organized. The “1-month free” promotion felt misleading, as it ultimately required paying a one-month security deposit that will not be refunded. $350 application fee will be never refunded as well. This building clearly has no interest in regular maintenance of its major systems. There was been a malfunction resulting in an extremely loud boom nearly hourly for approximately 6 weeks. I have no idea how anyone is sleeping.
Bugs. Broken AC. Broken sprinkler system that trips the fire alarm. Emergency maintenance that doesn't return calls. Leaks in the ceiling. Broken front door giving anyone access to the building.
