I lived at Tilden Hall for over a year but the move-out process has been a nightmare. After being incorrectly charged a $70 cleaning fee (which they admitted was their error due to a missing move-in condition form), I was promised a refund check in writing by the Area Manager in March 2026. Joshua the Resident Coordinator is amazing.He made everything easy for us. From the application process to the move in day. We move in recently. 5 stars for him.
Joshua Zweig is an absolute knockout when it comes to assisting in the moving process. Polite, communicative, and attentive, He helped a stressful application process easier with open, prompt answers and maintaining an approachable personality. Even after the application process was completed, Joshua has continued to answer questions I have about the building and the unit. 10/10. No notes.
Working with Joshua made the whole leasing process much easier than I expected. He was extremely helpful and handled all the paperwork clearly and efficiently. Even after everything was finalized, he continued to respond to my questions and helped me sort out a few small things. The experience was very smooth. I truly appreciate it!
Joshua and Sabrina have been very helpful with the move-in process. I put in a request for blind replacement upon move in, and was immediately fixed in a few days. Excited to see how the new management will continue to transform this space
