Great Parlor – Tigerlilly is easily one of the best tattoo parlors in portland. Their friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere makes for a remarkable tattoo experience. The artists are extremely talented and considerate. I had an upper arm sleve done by Mathew and could not have been happier.
