Again, another review. I’ve lived here since 2003, on June 12 reported my AC unit not working, they come check it out and say they have to order a part that won’t be here until Monday, June 15. I go out of town on June 13, and have someone checking on my place, and cat, and I get back tonight and it’s 91° in my apt. They refuse to come check it since it is not over 80° outside. Not anymore the apartments are old things just get patched up. You hear things crawl between the walls at night, mice droppings, and be careful don't leave your clothes I had scrubs stolen its ridiculous. I do appreciate Kat and Jeff they always do their best.
It is a nice complex in a good part of town. Decent cost. However, they are never in the office when I call during office hours, and they won't release my husband (he moved out) from a lease which expires this month unless his roommate can afford it on her own. I have been treated rudely by one of the secretaries (apparently if one toilet works, it isn't a big enough deal to fix the other, even when two couples live there). The roach problem is bad, especially considering they have pest control spray on a regular basis. The ... read more
