I felt right at home my first visit! First of all I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist who knew how to make a new patient relax. She answered the many questions I had and spent time with me. Then Dr. Tiffany Kitamura talked to me alone about my overall health condition. She was very understanding of meeting the needs of a senior. She explained what she and Dr. Mark Nishimura could provide for me and what to expect concerning a particular problem that I had.
