I will never go to another dentist as long as i live. Dr.Lee is AWESOME, love how she shows concern for your needs and care. Dr.Lee is very kind with a caring heart and makes me feel so comfortable. Dr.lee is the only one i will trust for my dental care... Love her, she is GREAT!!!
Everyone was very concerned about my needs and I would and have recommended Dr. Tram Le to everyone I've met.
Although there has been a staff turnover since my last visit, the new staff were also efficient and friendly.
The clerk made a mistake scheduling my appointment. They had me in for an exam and xrays instead of the cleaning i asked for. I let them know and they made it seem like it was my fault. I was finnally seen at about 4 pm. my appointment was at 3 pm. My cleaning was so fast I don't think they took the time to do a good job. this is the second time this happened. 1. Somehow I had the wrong date for my appointment, but was able to keep the appointment on the alternate date.
Dr. Li does a great job and the staff is friendly. However, it takes two appointments for a cleaning and exam and Sometimes the wait time is long.
