I recently had an appointment with a new hygienist whom I met for the first time. At the end of the treatment/ cleaning she told me she was applying fluoride to my teeth and that I should not eat or drink for the next 30 minutes. From the clinic I proceeded to two other appointments and after the latter I happened to look at my teeth and they had white, chalky, gooey debris/ particles between my teeth.
