I love living here. 3 Pools, convenient to all the stores I love, I mean everything you can think of. 2 malls, walmart, target, Fry's, Safeway ect... The staff is excellent. The view is spectacular. The grass, palm trees and beautiful landscaping make it a joy to live here. Management is friendly. I always have a place to park. And not to mention and brand new huge QT with cheap gas and tons of snacks. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. I love living here!
Tierra Rica Apartments look nice. The grounds are well kept. The apartments are cheap. However, before you fall into the trap of renting here, you must be aware that only smokers are allowed in these apartments. If you didn't smoke before you moved in, you will have no choice after you move in. When you open your pantry, a cloud of smoke will hit you in the face.
