They are the nicest people and truly care about your fur babies!
I have used them since around 1984 and there is no better place to trust your animals to. We have horses and small animals and it matters not. Somebody in there specializes in whatever you need. Great vets!!
The vet did not listen to he blew me off and costed my 1 year old beagle his life I stressed that the pup was not eating after 6 days after getting neutered during the 2 visit to them he gave me an anti nausea med and pain meds gave him fluids and sent me home this baby bleed to death from his mouth in less then an hour. The male vet failed to listen to my other vet that said they needed to go in and stop the bleeding which he refused to do. If you value your pet life don't take them here!
Best vets ever! I have total and complete faith in them. They have taken care of my pets and livestock for many years. They are kind, caring, and go the extra mile for their clients. I drive over an hour each way to see them, passing several other vets along the way, but they are worth it.
We had to put our sweet dog Angel down last week at Tidewater. The staff was very sweet and caring about the situation. Today we received a sympathy card from them which we appreciated more then they will every know! Thank you so much for everything. �
I called last week to see if they could do an Ultrasound on my dog, the lady I spoke with said she’d have to talk to the vet and call me back. She told me yes, they could do it, quoted me a price, explained what they’d look for and everything. Then yesterday I get a call saying no they can’t do it. Total waste of time. I go to another vet and was thinking of switching to Tidewater since it’s closer, not going to happen now. Really disappointed in this vet especially after hearing good things from other people.
I have been with them for over 24 years. There were a couple of concerns in the very beginning and one in 2008, but I blame myself for being uninformed. They are always great to me and my fur family.
Love them best staff around taken care of our dogs over 20 years couldn't recommend more
