Dr. Charles Benedict exceeded our expectations by performing surgery to our guinea pig Einstein! Tidewater's staff is excellent! Everyone really cares about the animals! Great customer service!
Special Thanks to Dr. Paul Repenning who graciously came to our home when our beloved Cee Cee (11yr old Cane Corso) was in her last moments. Dr. Paul was compassionate, kind, informative, and gave us the privacy we needed during such a difficult time as we said our goodbyes to Cee Cee. We appreciated the lovely card and note that he sent as well, and it means so much during such a difficult time. When the time is right, and we find another dog to give a fur-ever home to, we will be coming to Tidewater and Dr. Repenning.
I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Rundee and the other vets in this practice. They are compassionate and truly care about their patients and their owners. I especially appreciate that they are not pushy or try to talk you into things that are not needed or necessary. The focus is on the pet not the$$$.
Now, Ali is dealing with the wonders of old age. Long story short, later confirmed in laboratories biopsies, Ali had a mast cell tumor. Dr. Tacia, Alexa performed surgery to effectively remove the mass. All the while sedated, performed a thorough dental cleaning resulting in an extraction of an infected broken molar. My dogs love coming to the vet, they love Dr. Leisas and the friendly staff. I have been using Tidewater for over 20 Years for our horses and our dogs. Thanks to Dr. Runde, Dr. Leisas, Dr. Tacia and Dr. Benedict for your help over the years with all of our animals.
We have used Tidewater for many years, we have seen each of the veterinarians on numerous occasions and they all do an amazing job. They have a very clean facility and their staff are very helpful and friendly!! Highly recommended!!
Dr. Benedict is the bomb! He is always so nice & patient to my animals & to me.
