RecommendedVery good professional care for your animals service is outstanding
Took my best friend of 10 years. It seems they forgot in order to get a paw print, they have to do it before the cremate your pet! Would not recommend, don’t have anything left of her anymore because of them.
Their bedside manner is beyond compare. Dr. Benedict was a blessing to my Penny. I've been going to Tidewater for more than 25 years and I have never had any issues with them, and every vet I have encountered at Tidewater always had the best bedside manner I could ask for. The staff is kind and they always are great with my pets.
On a Saturday morning I called asking for a vet to come to the house. I have a 120 lb lab who couldn't walk, and I didn't know what to do for him. Dr Benedict showed up at 1230 and although it wasn't good news, at least I know what I'm dealing with. I appreciate that you drove 50 mins one way on a Saturday afternoon to check out my boy. I most definitely would recommend Tidewater to any of my friends!
