ever since moving in here which was in July I have had problems, from them not telling me that the apartment I was assigned was not going to be ready for me to move in and the tenants weren't moving out and already had things ready for me to move on expected date so they had to give me another apartment which i had to wait a couple more days to move and I wanted 1st floor but the only thing they had was one on second floor, really had no choice but to take with short notice, not to mention already got 3 complaints that are f... read more
They honestly do not get anything done. Ever since we moved here Early October , they have not done anything for promised, they have not upgraded the apartment even though we are paying for an upgrade, they have a horrible roach and pest infestation and only we were able to take care of that or at least lessen the bugs some, they are slow and incompetent and already we know we will be moving out as soon as lease is up. Montecito are bad on my list. They are currently in the middle of trying to evict a 76 single, wheel bound woman out of her apartment. This person has had a rough year with all kinds of broken bones and other medical illness. She's has been in rehabilitation centers twice. They are trying to kick her on the streets for a simple discrepancy that was not clarified and then topping it with overdue charges that have been applied every month. She needs help and there has not been one person to assist her.
