THEY LIE ABOUT HAVING RAT AND ROACHES!!! Tenants were coming in while I was trying to pay my deposit saying it and the leasing lady just looked and said well we don’t do refunds. DO NOT MOVE HERE
This property has been sold several times since I lived here. Their amenities don't exist. * No control access since I moved in * Pool has only been open for three weeks out of three years * My Doctor requested that I move to first floor, They wanted to raise my rent. * False advertising saying they give TV's when you pay rent on time. * Roaches and Rats * This year More Drug Dealers have moved in. Have had problems here the whole time! they give u apmt that is not completely finished. They don't fix things properly. Don't take care of you they way they should but are quick to charge you fees for stuff they failed to fix while you were renting and the stuff that was already damaged before you moved in that was also not taken care of when you let them know. Rip off!!

DISGUSTING, Roaches, bad management, water stinks, air stinks , the whole apartment complex needs to be torn down and restarted.
Is anyone else having trouble with centipedes? I have a literal infestation in my apartment and I’ve had no response to emails with pictures and videos I’ve sent to management. They’re on the walls, kitchen floor, bathroom, carpet in my bedroom and I just noticed one on the ceiling. I’m on the second floor.
RecommendedAwesome Apartments. Perfect size one bedroom for me. And Deanna in the office was awesome she took real good care of me. I love it here.
