I had a great experience at the Tidal Wave car wash!! Such a cool place to wash your car inside and out. They have a new mat washing station with a big tub sink with handheld sprayers and scrubbies to wash your mats down and a rack to lay them out to dry with air guns and a heated overhead light. Super cool!! Highly recommended.
One of the “prep” staff (Kathy) is just excellent in preparing my car prior to entering the wash. Always has a treat for my pup and despite my insistence she ALWAYS refuses a tip. I always look forward to seeing her and I am a Club Member. Love the wash, love the compressed air and the vacuums. The only reason for my 4 star rating is the occasional malfunction of the compressed air. But Kathy makes up for it by being terrific at her job!
Steph was very nice
Ray was super nice and thorough with the pre-wash of my car. All the folks at Tidal Wave are upbeat and helpful. They have vacuum ports and rags with cleaning solution available. This is not your average car wash and the people make it special.
