Poor customer support, they got my address wrong so I never heard back from the court. Did not issue a refund or admit the mistake. There are better ticket fighting companies that do a thorough job, ticketbust just gets you through their system as quickly as possible without caring about quality or accuracy.

absolute the worst customer services ever when your verdict comes back as guilty. I'm then the unintelligent one that supposedly didn't read their super fine print bs. No matter what you have to come out of pocket in some manner and show up in court to qualify for a refund, that's only if their customer service people didn't misinform you on when your paperwork must be there to qualify for a refund....They don't take any blame about misinforming me...cut throat sales people, they only care that you pay them. I was found guilty and the promise of a partial refund had strings attached they didn't mention up front. Disappointed to say the least.

Wow! This place is a 100% SCAM! They do not explain the non-refundable service fee. They did not state that by providing them with your credit card number that they would automatically charge you. They do tell you that the card number is mandatory to hold your claim active. They proceed to say that they hold the CC number so they can charge your card after you've signed the forms that they will send you in the mail. This is completely untrue. They charge you the minute you give them your number. 100% without a verbal consent... read more

I have used TB on 3 occasions and won all 3 times. First one was speeding in the City of Ontario won it and received fine reimbursement, the second was also speeding on the way to Airport by LAPD same results I won and the the third was also speeding on the Grapevine by the CHP same winning results.

Awful, waste of money. Had to pay more to court and got traffic school. Should have read the reviews before we did this.

The worst company ever!!! In two different cases they could not dismiss my ticket. What's more disturbing into different cases they did not refund me the fee that they promised to refund.

I am waiting for a new trial (two cases actually both were guilty) they say legal and law aid, but when I called them to ask them about the guilty results they told me that what they do is send the package to court and that is all, no one is there representing to their clients, I mean we can do that by ourselves all the forms that they send us by email we can find them online. Sometimes is not about paying money to resolve the tickets is about points and insurance payment. Hope they have better luck in the new trial.
