This agency is a fraud, my ticket was not dismissed, and to make things worse, they did not honored their promise to refund $100. They do not deserve even 1 star, but there is no option to give a big 0 to these robbers.
I would give them a below poor rating they take your money and won't give it back if you change your mind DON'T say yes, your credit card company can't get your money back either. They got my $263 and didn't do anything but say no to a refund. I will post my dislike for this company till i get blisters on my fingers and then i'll use my toes
Horrible, horrible service. Poor communication - they kept me in the dark about the process from the get go; I had to pry information from them. They don't care about the customer once you've paid. Customer service reps snapping at customers. Lots of contract stipulations to make sure they keep their money because you messed up somewhere, but very little guidance.
