I called TicketBust to receive help in fighting my red light camera ticket. Unfortunately, I had to ask for a refund because I was unable to pay the court bail amount. The owner was very polite with me and understood my situation. He promptly issued me a refund. It shows great business professionalism for the owner of a company to call back a customer and actually listen. A very ethical business. Thank you

RIP OFF! Deceptive! Liars! They will NOT refund if you lose, they will force you to re-try your case. Don't waste time or money as you can get the same instructions and docs for FREE to do this yourself at "Orange County Courts Website" under "Submit a Trial by Written Declaration" - I am Reporting them to BBB. I will also be posting instructions via FB and other Social Media outlets to make sure everyone knows what a Rip Off these guys are.
