Although Tiber Island is located in a great area of DC, there are many reasons not to live here. I would not recommend anyone to buy a unit here. It is no surprise there are so many units for sale. - This is not a smoke free community. Hallways and common areas smell like smoke often. Additionally, multiple people on the management and front desk staff smoke on the premise.
