I bought my first home well technically my second with the help of Tia Its was not you everyday brand new home. The process was super confusing, and there was a LOT of paper work that she did not me. I had never made a purchase like this before and I honestly say that with TIA's assistance was the only reason we got through it and closed!! She keep me in loop and made the not so easy process simple.

I bought a home from Tia and it was a seamless transaction. Not only did she negotiate and get $20,000 off the asking price, but she also got all of our closing costs covered. I would highly recommend Tia for anyone interested in a knowledgeable agent. She basically will take care of everything for you and I mean everything! I really didn't have to do any leg work for my purchase. When there were issues that came about, she would get me the correct answer and explain it in detail. I also thought she negotiated a fair deal for me and the seller, a nice transaction for both parties.

Tia helped me buy my first house in 2017. She was very patient and made sure we got everything we wanted in our first home. She always answered any questions I had and if she didn’t know the answer she would find it and call me back. She is straight forward and very proactive!
