Worst customer service ever! My family goes to thwaites market regularly and we know Kenny from going in so often. I bought chicken noodle soup and a piece of hair was found in the soup and the only question he asked was if the piece of hair was saved. He accused me of calling him about another places soup. Who has the time to make up stories about soup? Take ownership Kenny, mistakes happen like hair falling in your soup from your place.
