So I went for an Orthodontist appt and got my braces put on the same day all the staff there is sooooo nice and Dr Thurman was super awesome too explaining everything would recommend it 100% for whoever is looking to get braces.

My son just turned 10 and we had brought him for an initial visit with Dr. Thurman about 6 months ago, but we needed to wait for a couple more of his baby teeth to come out before starting. He got braces placed on his top teeth yesterday and while he was a little nervous going into the appointment, he was quickly put at ease by the great staff and by Dr. Thurman. Upon arriving with my teenage children we were so impressed with the service and the kind staff. They turned an apprehensive visit for two teenagers into an exciting time in their lives. They were thrilled to be offered coffee and relieved to know that they had a sink to brush their teeth upon arrival! Once meeting Dr. T they felt right at home and we're excited to start their treatment plan. We left feeling welcomed and excited about their new and upcoming smiles. Thank you for the experience. OMG! We recently moved to Bakersfield and after some research and a few referrals, we chose Dr Thurman's office. This place is amazing- from the time you want in the door until the time you leave , you feel as though you are really being catered to. They are friendly in person and on the phone, the office is super clean and state-of-the-art, and you always seem to leave with something- weather its a goodie bag or a water!
