No delays in getting braces.
Very pleased with the whole experience. I made an appointment for a consultation and a week later I had my braces on (Dr T. had online consults so I had to wait) The whole process was quick and easy. The financial team was extremely helpful and worked with what I can afford month! The office is very clean and amazing vibes!! Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. I look forward to getting my braces tightened now! :)
My son recently had braces put on, I dont think I can say enough great things about this office and the entire staff. I made our appointment but I misread my calendar and we showed up a week early, mom brain. They squeezed us in so quickly it was amazing! We waited only 5 minutes, the wonderful woman who did our initial consultation was so pleasant and really took as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions and go over all of the options for financing and let us know what Dr. Thurman recommended. First time trying out Thurman orthodontics my teenage son needed braces and we had previously gone somewhere else but I wasn’t to sure of his treatment there. So we made an appointment for a consult I had to reschedule a couple times the receptionist are Amazing!! I had such an amazing experience with Thurman! I got my braces on 9/23 on the same day after going in for a consultation. After confirming that my bite was misaligned, I was a candidate for braces and able to get them put on that day! I had never worn braces before, and I’m not gonna lie, I was pretty nervous about it. So far this has been the best orthodontist we have seen! My (much) younger brother was seen by an other orthodontist is town a couple years before I started shopping for my daughter. I was not impressed with his care and came to Dr. Thurman. I was not disappointed! Even during the pandemic they gave the upmost care, and had the best plan.
