Had my appointment 5 days ago. The office is clean and welcoming. The staff were able to get me in the same day after my consultation to get my braces on. The office has a fun atmosphere. Dr Thurman was kind and explained what I would experience with having braces. I was called a couple days later to check and see how I was doing.
Customer service is definitely a priority for this office! From the organized and efficient consultation, short wait times, thorough explanation and clarification of treatment services, respectful communication, comfortable/fun environment and quality of service, I’ve been nothing short of impressed. I’m a repeat customer! ☺️ This place is awesome! They work quickly but efficiently. They have made getting braces a great experience for my kids😁. And when it’s time for my youngest to her braces done this is where I’m taking her. I refer all my friends and family here. Try them! You won’t be disappointed! 😁
Best place to go and get braces highly recommend! Super friendly staff. And they don’t keep you waiting they actually see you at your scheduled appointment time!
They made the whole process easy. The staff was all so nice and explained everything thoroughly. The finance options were great, best options out there. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get braces. Went for the FREE consult on a friday, and had my braces put on the following monday. It all was done so quickly, I love it so far.
I highly recommend Thurman Orthodontics. Great staff and excellent customer service. The overall appearance of the staff and facility is outstanding.
