We signed up for a YP add. One in Heating and one in cooling, They only printed us in the heating section. They said we would get a phone book. that was 1/20/20. it is now 4/29/21. So, We do not even know if the ad was printed. They sent us to collections. All they had to do was send us a drn phone book. We spent close to $2,000.00von one ad and did not have proud it was printed.

This program is Robust! It would be completely overwhelming to have everything thrown out at you all at once. But Thryv's team too their time and slow introduced the different aspects of the program and how to use them. What I love is that I have a real human being I can call with questions, additional instructions, or just to find out what's new! I think I'm really going to like this program! Perfect timing for me too!
