Jasmine was so great to work with. She was very patient and kind during the onboarding process. I had many questions and sometimes lacked the time to work through the platform, but she was always willing to have another call to ensure that I understood it well. Great customer service all around!

Daniel is a super advisor , knows Social Media and did his homework on my business. Social Media is an area my business is lacking in and I'm happy I was given his name and Thryv.com information. Rhonika was very patient with me as we started the process and I was thankful Daniel was also in our Zoom meeting. I'm very excited about this software, all it offers and the time it will save me.

Wow. Looking at the OVER 800 negative reviews on this site alone just validates our experience with this company. We have two companies and one of them is no longer operating. I called to cancel for both of our companies because we no longer need their services. Their response: "you are not due to cancel until June of 2022." June of 2022? It's March of 2021. That is ridiculous and I know that we did not sign a contract, so I requested a copy of our signed contract. NO SIGNED contract anywhere in any of the databases. The las... read more
