I took over my father's company after he passed away and realized that we were being billed almost 1000 dollars a month for Dex services. I called in January 2021 to cancel this service and they continued to bill me until 2/8/2021. They stated that it took 30 days to cancel an online service. When I questioned that it was completed that by my father who had passed away 3 years prior, they stated it took 30 days to cancel and I will still be charged a 3rd time since cancelling my service. I've had an amazing experience with them since before even signing on as a client. My local account rep spent multiple calls with showing me the software. He also answered every single question I had by not only verbally answering the question but by sending me a personalized video showing me on the software it self. I had a 20 year old website. It was very primitive and basic. They gave me a brand new beautiful and up-to-date website for 2021. Very happy with how easy it was to switch over set up and get running. I would highly recommend them.
