You can not cancel your account (SCAM). If you read further reviews my complaint is the same as the rest. And Thryv has the same come back to all these complaints, we tried to contact customer but couldn't blah blah blah. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM. I was just told that they needed to verify my account by my CC# (absolutely unacceptable) The amount of reviews and amount of response from thryv should tell you enough. This is a scam company and nothing but a headache
