The customer service is a 10+! Software is user friendly. Love that it makes my social media posting so easy, it's also easy to send my digital business card that serves like a mini-website. Again, customer service and their on-boarding program is fantastic.

Lori E**** is a STAR for Thryv! So enthusiastic about Thryv's comprehensive Marketing Software. She not only explained things well, but she was also able to show "real" examples of great success from other companies. I was convinced of Thryv's ability to grow our business and appreciated her 2.5 hours of time she spent with us. I was looking for a lower cost plan but loved the stepped up software; the new version is GREAT. Makes making a decision so much harder!
