We did not renew our contract with DexYP. We did not sign their renewal form, and cancelled over the phone with their representative. They decided to print an ad for us anyway, and invoice us. We tried resolving this with the customer care department. Their stance is that their representative is saying we never cancelled, and they don't need a signed renewal form. We have repeatedly told them to cancel our services over the last year and have been told that it will be taken care of but now have a bill for over $1,600 that has been sent to collections.

Thryv is great! The customer service is awesome, they were so friendly, so helpful AND patient!! I, by no means, is computer literate. They were so easy to work with and seemed to understand my shortfalls of describing what we want and expect from our website! I highly recommend Thryv to anyone. In October of 2020 the owner of our business spoke with our rep, Jose *******. He informed Mr. *******, who was on his cell phone (this is important information) that we wanted to cancel our contracts (digital and print). Mr. ******* pushed back repeatedly during the phone call. The business owner was busy and could not longer "argue" with Mr. *******.
