DEX YP has called my business every day for 2 years. They refuse to cancel an ad from many years ago although I have given verbal and written cancellation requests. They are Harassing and will not resolve this issue. This is now involving debt collections for debts not owed.
Horrible customer service. A Senior Business Advisor mislead a client with regards to tracking information etc. Why would anyone use a phone number that wasn't their own. This is only one of the many issues we have with this program. When questioned and asked to provide the analytics to back up the information that was provided the Senior Business Advisor hung up on the Advertising Agency, We canceled the contract after being told that wasn't an option, only to find out that there was only a month left on our current contrac... read more
I highly recommend Thryv. I started working with Patrick Gallagher to create an online presence. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable & passionate about his job. Thryv created my website & then started marketing me online through Facebook, Google etc. Now I get plenty of calls because on the great marketing job Patrick & his team have done.
