My Business Advisor, James ******* was amazing! He is very clear, concise, and patient. He listened and answered all of my questions during our initial meeting. After meeting with James, I felt very confident to move forward with Thryv and I am excited to partner with Thryv in my business endeavors.
My account representative took every bit of time necessary to make sure I was taken care of and that I understood all of the benefits, ins and outs of my service and what made sense for me and my business. Aaron made me feel valued as a human, a customer and that I have a business partnership. This is very hard to come by these days and I am so grateful. Highly recommend!
James was great with all of the information that he provided. The best part is that he showed me how the tools with the platform could work for my individual business. Great customer service all around!
YP specific review. There is a "metered" (call tracking) phone number that was submitted under my business. Called CS to have it removed. Takes 30 days (ridiculous). Asked her 30 days as of today (6/25/2020) she stated that she cannot tell me when the 30 days starts (absurd answer). Also confirmed that this is just something YP does. Does not need the business approval...(invasion of privacy much?) If you are a business owner and advertising on YP. I suggest double checking your information.

I think mathew ***** did a great job of explaining what my company was signing up for. Answered all my questions. As a seasoned paid advertiser i know when someone is trying to sale me short or doesn't know the product. But not this go round i believe this move will greatly improve the job leads we get and the over all functions of this system sold me.

Great customer service. You can actually stay with the same specialist throughout your use of thryv and that is something that is more valuable than I can explain. No more wasting time explaining the issue to 5 different people. FINALLY.
