Terrible service from the representative with regard to our account closure and billing clearance. It took several months to get a $3000+ credit back from the company. Now we have an invoice in collections after being told our account was a zero. Many calls have been placed and not one person seems to have the same explanation. The account manager was very unprofessional and child like when we said we were cancelling our service. A near tantrum ensued along with delayed responses to questions and a barrage of excuses.
