Thryv - aka as Dex Media does nothing for your business. Our church was with them for many years. This year we decided to discontinue using Dex. We sent 2 certified letters, I contacted their online communication and received no response other than our regular sales rep contacting me to want to show me how Dex was helping us. I told him "no, I am done with Dex." His response was, "That tells me a lot about your church." Dex does not send bills by mail or email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was told by the agent that I would have several tools (which I do not) and I could cancel anytime (but then he put me on a 6 month contract). Once the agent had my money, he has been basically non-reachable. After 1 month of trying to make this work, I decided I had enough. And now they won't let me cancel!! The online support is amazing! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm running an appliance repair business. Initially contacted with sales rep Brigit. She was very nice over the phone and all that stuff. Got me onboard very quickly and also very quickly they got my card charged for 1k, of course, I should've denied it but anyhow I got myself into that. She Promised a lot of leads and become organically foundable (which means free leads).
